Façade works at height by rope access
Rope-access façade work for owners, MCSTs and managing agents: panel and cladding rectification, sealant replacement, water-leak repair, spray painting, glass cleaning and close-range access for façade inspections, without full scaffolding where the work allows.

What the work covers
| Defect rectification | Composite and aluminium panel rectification, loose or damaged cladding, fixings and brackets. |
|---|---|
| Sealant and joints | Removal and replacement of failed perimeter and panel-joint sealant, backer rod and primer. |
| Water ingress | Leak tracing from the outside, sealant and flashing repair, coordination with interior making-good. |
| Coatings | Surface preparation and spray painting at height, with masking and protection of glazing below. |
| Glass and curtain wall | Glass cleaning, protection-tape removal and curtain-wall cleaning. |
| Inspection access | Rope access so a Competent Person and façade inspector can carry out close-range checks. |
| When rope access does not suit | We say so, and plan scaffolds, gondolas or MEWPs instead. |
