Four services, one accountable builder.
RRD is a BCA-licensed General Builder (GB2). We do the building work and coordinate the licensed trades. Engineering design and endorsement stay with an engineer you appoint, so the checking is independent of the building.

Façade works at height by rope access
Rope-access façade work for owners, MCSTs and managing agents: panel and cladding rectification, sealant replacement, water-leak repair, spray painting, glass cleaning and close-range access for façade inspections, without full scaffolding where the work allows.

Office and commercial reinstatement
Strip-out and make-good to the landlord's handback standard, planned backwards from your handback date, with after-hours works where the building requires them and support through the joint inspection.

Addition and alteration (A&A) works
Hacking, wet trades, partitions, ceilings and M&E coordination in live or vacant premises, with the approvals planned before work starts and structural works checked by an engineer you appoint.

Interior fit-out for commercial, institutional and religious spaces
Fit-outs built to the design, programme and budget agreed before work starts, with fire-safety compliance and the landlord's requirements designed in rather than discovered at inspection.
How every job runs
Clear at every step, especially on cost.
The difference is step three. You see what could change the cost before work starts, not after.
- EnquiryScope, address and the date it must be done by.
- Site surveyWe inspect, measure and note site constraints, building rules and the approvals involved.
- Itemised quotationScope, programme and a list of the items that could affect cost, before you sign.
- MobilisationManpower, materials, approvals, insurance and a site safety briefing.
- ExecutionSupervised works with safety checks and regular planned-versus-actual updates.
- Inspection and handoverJoint inspection, rectification and a clean handover.
