Addition and alteration (A&A) works
Hacking, wet trades, partitions, ceilings and M&E coordination in live or vacant premises, with the approvals planned before work starts and structural works checked by an engineer you appoint.

What the work covers
| Hacking and openings | Removal of non-structural walls; structural works only with a PE's design and the required permit. |
|---|---|
| Wet trades | Screeding, waterproofing, tiling and plastering. |
| Partitions and ceilings | Drywall and block partitions, suspended ceilings and bulkheads. |
| Building services | Coordination of electrical, plumbing and sanitary, and ACMV works with licensed trades. |
| Approvals | Approvals planned with your QP: BCA, SCDF, URA, landlord or MCST, as the works require. |
| Live premises | Protection, dust and noise control, and work hours agreed with occupants. |
