RRD Engr & Constr Pte Ltd is a BCA-licensed General Builder (GB2) delivering addition and alteration works, interior fit-outs, reinstatement and specialist façade works across Singapore. We are founder-led and hands-on, with one point of contact from site survey to handover.
What we believe about building work
The price should hold. Our quotations list the items that could change the cost, before you sign. Unknowns are priced as provisional sums you can see, not discovered as variation orders later.
The date should hold. A programme is a commitment. We report planned against actual so you see slippage early, not at handback.
The checking should be independent. Where a Professional Engineer is needed, you appoint and pay the engineer. Why we insist on it.
Knowledge should be shared. The Field Guide puts the rules we work by in writing, with sources, for anyone to use.
Safety is how we work
Every job starts with a site inspection, a risk assessment and a safe work procedure under the Workplace Safety and Health Act, and a safety briefing before works begin. Our safety management has been assessed to bizSAFE Level 3. Dust, noise and debris are controlled to protect occupants, the public and your property.
How to verify us
Do this with any contractor you are about to hire. Check the builder's licence and contractor registration on BCA's online directories, ask for the bizSAFE certificate and insurance policies, and ask for references you can call.
