What are the renovation hours for HDB flats?
HDB allows general renovation works from Monday to Saturday, 9 am to 6 pm, with no works on Sundays and public holidays. Noisy works such as demolishing walls or removing wall and floor finishes are allowed only from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, and not on weekends, public holidays or the eve of major public holidays. HDB issues renovation permits and handles noise feedback for works in HDB flats.
From the RRD Field Guide, checked against the sources cited in Construction Noise and Working Hours in Singapore: NEA Limits, Sunday Rules, Condo and HDB Renovation Hours. General information, not advice for your project.
